I was a little worried the listing might make the location sound better than it really was, but it was actually perfect. Super easy to get to and it saved us a ton of driving, which made the whole trip way less stressful

They was good about answering my questions and kept me in the loop. One message took a little longer than I expected, but overall the communication was solid and I didn’t have any big issues.

I booked this mainly because I wanted some nice photos out on the water, but it was disappointing. The whole thing felt rushed, and we only stopped once, at a spot that wasn’t really great for pictures. I left feeling like the experience didn’t match what I thought I was paying for.

The staff were polite and the activity itself was okay, but no one really helped point out good photo moments or gave us a heads-up when we should have our cameras ready. For the price, I expected a lot more, and I’ll probably be contacting the company about it because it just didn’t feel worth it. I wouldn’t book again if photos are a big reason for going...

We had a good time on the tour, staff was friendly and it all felt safe which was nice. The only thing for me was how quick it felt... like right when we finally got into it and were having fun, we were already turning back. For the price I expected a little more time out on the water. Still a fun experience though, just felt too short

Booking was simple enough and didn’t give me any real trouble, but the confirmation took a bit longer than I expected. I usually stick with my go-to brand for this kind of thing, so I was already a little unsure about switching. Overall it worked fine, just not quite enough to win me over completely yet

Booked through bdawatersports.com. happy with it. The place was clean, like, noticeably clean. Changing area was tidy, gear looked looked after, dock was in good shape. No weird smells. No random mess lying around. That kind of thing makes a difference for me. Just made the whole visit feel a lot easier.

We had a really great time. Our guide seemed to know all the best spots and explained everything about the jet skis in a simple way that was easy to follow. He also kept checking in on us, which made the whole trip feel safe and relaxed. i’d definitely do it again next time we’re in town...

We had a fun trip overall, and it worked well for our group of six. The booking process was a little slow, so other customers may want to give themselves a bit of extra time, but once everything was set, we had a good experience.

My kids definitely had a good time, so I’m glad we went, but for me it felt a bit rushed. I also wish there had been a little more support or patience for younger kids who were nervous. It’s probably fine for families overall, but it wasn’t the most relaxing experience for us.

Our booking had to be moved because the weather turned awful, i was a bit stressed at first thinking the whole day might be ruined. But they handled it so calmly and just messaged us to sort out another time. No fuss, no drama, which was such a relief. In the end, everything worked out fine and the whole thing felt easy.

I was expecting a bit more one-on-one help after checking out the site, but the replies I got felt rushed?? I asked a few different questions, and it kind of seemed like they only picked the easy ones to answer... and just ignored the rest!!

It wasn’t a horrible experience or anything, but I didn’t really get the feeling that they cared much about helping me choose what I actually needed. Maybe they were just super busy, who knows... but yeah, it was still disappointing!!!

I went out with BDA Watersports and had such a lovely time. We saw turtles, tons of fish, and even a ray, which was amazing. The whole experience felt well organized but still relaxed and easygoing. It was a really nice day on the water and just genuinely fun from start to finish

They were really easy to deal with, honestly. Took care of everything in a professional way and got back to my messages without making it feel like a hassle. Booking was simple too, and the staff were respectful the whole time. I’m giving 4 stars just because I did have to wait a little, but overall, it was a good experience.

As a Bermuda local, I expected things to be a bit smoother. The boat trip itself was okay and the staff were pleasant enough, but the whole booking process felt disorganized. I kept having to chase for replies, and after a while it almost felt like I was begging them to take my money, which left me a little resentful before the trip even started. For what it cost, I’d probably look at another watersports company next time.

I got what I needed from BDA Watersports and the order showed up without any issues, so I can’t really complain too much. The quality was fine, but the prices felt a little higher than I expected for what I got. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not the best value. If the prices stay like this, I’ll probably look elsewhere next time before ordering again.
